Warning: DO NOT UPDATE TO SP3 IF YOU HAVE AN AMD PROCESSOR! I have read reports of there being issues with AMD processors going into an endless reboot cycle.

MS had decided not to release Windows XP Service Pack (SP) 3 to Windows Update and the MS Download Center as planned on April 29. The reason? A last-minute compatibility issue with a MS application — MS Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS).

The download is 316MB (MD5 hash: bb25707c919dd835a9d9706b5725af58) and contains some 1,100 hotfixes and patches.

Sudah pada liat berita di TV lom, Kalo Rumah Sakit sekarang ini gak mo nerima lagi pasien dari keluarga miskin? Di Bandar Lampung pun demikian! Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lampung juga berencana menutup akses mereka untuk berobat. Padahal Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah ini merupakan harapan satu-satunya warga Lampung untuk memperoleh pengobatan dengan harga “sedikit lebih murah” dari rumah sakit swasta.

Namun apa ayal? Karena kebobrokan birokrasi AskesKin dan PT.Jamsostek sebagai pengelolanya yang gak becus, akhirnya masyarakat miskin kena imbasnya. Salah satu faktor yang mengakibatkan hal ini terjadi adalah ketidak jelasan kriteria pemberian jaminan kepada keluarga miskin. Dan yang kedua adalah tidak adanya verifikasi awal dan akhir yang menyatakan keluarga tersebut benar-benar miskin.

Faktor ini menyebabkan banyak keluarga yang “notabene” mampu dari sisi finansial, ikut menikmati anggaran gratis dari pemerintah. Alokasi dana yang seharusnya cukup, menjadi tidak terkendali dan PT. Jamsostek sebagai pengelola tidak transparan terhadap dana yang diterima dan yang harus dikeluarkan untuk Rumah Sakit yang ditunjuk untuk melayani AskesKin.

yang terjadi kemudian adalah Rumah sakit daerah harus menanggung biaya “talangan” untuk kelancaran aktifitas, baru kemudian memberikan “nota tagihan” ke PT. Jamsostek. Namun apa lacur, PT. Jamsostek tidak mampu memberikan layanan yang dijanjikan. Dan akhirnya, seperti dalam berita TV, PT. Jamsostek harus menunggak pembayaran Rumah Sakit tersebut.

Moral cerita, orang sakit gak boleh miskin! Lho? Lha iyalah..wong biaya berobat sekarang aja mahalnya amit-amit….! Berarti mulai sekarang, jaga kesehatan, rajin menabung, supaya pas kita sakit, ada duit buat bayar Dokternya…

Piss!!!
